I will be unavailable to make custom orders between October 31st and January 1st 2019. Please place all custom orders for Holiday gifts prior to October 31st.
Hanukkah Start December 3rd-10th, make custom orders by October 31st and order in stock items by November 25th
Solstice December 21st, make custom orders by October 31st and order in stock items by December 11th
Christmas December 25th, make custom orders by October 31st and order in stock items by December 16th
Kwanzaa Start December 26th-January 1, make custom orders by October 31st and order in stock items by December 16th
*Note - Normally Custom made orders will ship in 1-2 weeks. In Stock Items ship in 1-3 Business days.

Shipping - We (I) ship USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise arranged. USPS delivers Monday through Saturday. Seoul Identity ships within the United States and, for an additional charge, to countries outside the US. Custom made orders ship in 1-3 weeks. In Stock Items ship in 1-3 Business days. Due to the size of our company, Seoul Identity also reserves the right to limit quantities and or extend shipping schedules. You will be contacted if your order will take longer than expected to ship.
Money Back Guarantee and Returns - If there is an issue, please contact me within 2 weeks of receiving your item. Although most items are custom made, if you are not happy with your Seoul Identity purchase you may return it for a replacement or full refund of the purchase price. Damaged Shipments Policy - Our shipping department (me) takes great pride in their low damage rate, but damages do sometimes happen. If you receive a damaged package, please email or call me. I will reship the damaged item(s) as soon as possible.
