St. Valentines Day February 14 make custom orders by January 20th and order in stock items by February 7th
Easter April 8th, make custom orders by March 23rd and order in stock items by April 1st
Mothers Day May 13th, make custom orders by April 27th and order in stock items by May 6th
Fathers Day June 17th, make custom orders by June 1st and order in stock items by June 10th
National Grandparents Day September 9th, make custom orders by August 24th and order in stock items by September 2nd
Chanukah Start December 9th, make custom orders by November 23rd and order in stock items by December 2nd
Christmas December 25, make custom orders by December 7th and order in stock items by December 17th.
Kwanzaa December 26 - Jan 1 make custom orders by December 15th and order in stock items by December 18th.
*Note - Normally Custom made orders will ship in 1-2 weeks. In Stock Items ship in 1-2 Business days.

Shipping - We ship USPS First Class Mail, unless otherwise arranged. USPS delivers Monday through Saturday. Seoul Identity ships within the United States and for an additional charge to countries outside the US. Custom made orders will ship in 1-3 weeks. In Stock Items ship in 1-2 Business days. Due to the size of our company, Seoul Identity also reserves the right to limit quantities and or extend shipping schedules. You will be contacted if your order will take longer than expected to ship.
Money Back Guarantee and Returns - If there is an issue, please contact me withn 2 weeks of recieving your item. Although most items are custom made, if you are not happy with your Seoul Identity purchase you may return it for a replacement or full refund of the purchase price. Damaged Shipments Policy - Our shipping department (me) takes great pride in their low damage rate, but damages do sometimes happen. If you receive a damaged package, please email or call me. I will reship the damaged item(s) as soon as possible. |
