St. Valentines Day February 14 make custom orders by February 1st and order in stock items by February 8th
Easter April 20th, make custom orders by April 11th and order in stock items by April 12th
Mothers Day May 11th, make custom orders by April 25th and order in stock items by May 3rd
Fathers Day June 15th, make custom orders by May 30st and order in stock items by June 7th
Grandparents Day September 7th, make custom orders by August 22nd and order in stock items by September 30th
Chanukah Start November 17th, make custom orders by December 5th and order in stock items by December 8th
Christmas December 25, make custom orders by December 12th and order in stock items by December 17th.
Kwanzaa December 26 - Jan 1 make custom orders by December 12th and order in stock items by December 17th.
*Note - Normally Custom made orders will ship in 1-2 weeks. In Stock Items ship in 1-2 Business days.

Shipping - We ship USPS First Class Mail, unless otherwise arranged. USPS delivers Monday through Saturday. Seoul Identity ships within the United States and, for an additional charge, to countries outside the US. Custom made orders ship in 1-3 weeks. In Stock Items ship in 1-2 Business days. Due to the size of our company, Seoul Identity also reserves the right to limit quantities and or extend shipping schedules. You will be contacted if your order will take longer than expected to ship.
Money Back Guarantee and Returns - If there is an issue, please contact me within 2 weeks of receiving your item. Although most items are custom made, if you are not happy with your Seoul Identity purchase you may return it for a replacement or full refund of the purchase price. Damaged Shipments Policy - Our shipping department (me) takes great pride in their low damage rate, but damages do sometimes happen. If you receive a damaged package, please email or call me. I will reship the damaged item(s) as soon as possible.
